What if I forget my Online Banking password? 

If you forget your Online Banking password, simply click on “Forgot Password” under the Online Banking login box and follow the prompts to reset your password. Or call Customer Support: Decorah Bank 563.387.5230 or Cresco Bank 563.547.2244 or Toll Free 1.800.347.1946 (press 0). You will be asked a few questions to verify your identity before we assist you with your password concern for security safeguards.


Is the Bank hiring? 

That depends, are you Tony Hsieh? Actually, it’s super simple. The Bank is often looking for the brightest and the most enthusiastic people. If you think you’ve got what it takes, stop by and inquire about job openings.


Is there anything your Bank doesn’t do for its customers? 

We don’t excel in the manufacturing of helicopters. We can help you with most of your financial needs.


How do I change my contact information? 

If you are an Online Banking user, it’s easy to let us know. To change your address, phone number, or email address, log in to Online Banking > SETTINGS > PROFILE > update your information and click Submit Profile at the bottom. Or call us at either of our locations or Toll Free 1.800.347.1946.


How do I change my Online Banking Password? 

If you are enrolled in Online Banking than you are automatically asked to change your password every 180 days. However, if you would like to change your password at any time, log in to Online Banking > SETTINGS > SECURITY PREFERENCES > CHANGE PASSWORD > update your password using the password requirements and click Change Password at the bottom.

Sure, we’re a little unconventional and quirky sometimes, and we wouldn’t want it any other way. There’s scientific evidence that production goes up when one is in a positive environment.


If I have eStatements, will I continue to receive paper statements? 

Paper statements are no longer necessary once you have access to eStatements. You have the option of choosing to print the eStatement from your personal printer from within Online Banking. If you opt to have paper statements mailed to your home you may be accessed a $1.50 paper statement fee.


How do I sign up for eStatements? 

Start receiving eStatements today by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to www.DecorahBank.com and log into Online Banking.
  2. Click on Statements, and select the link that says “Get Code”.
  3. You will be prompted with a code to enter into the verification box. Do this to continue.
  4. Choose the account you want to enroll in e-Statements. You will be prompted to accept an agreement.
  5. Once accepted, you will see a list of your accounts. Click on any that say “paper” and change to “e-Statement” to begin receiving your statements electronically.

What time do you open?

What is your cut-off time? 

Deposits taken at lobby or drive-thru facilities will process the same business day. Online Banking transactions made after 5:00pm will process the next business day. ATM and telephone banking transactions made after 6:00pm will process the next business day.
