FINANCE ACCOUNTANT – Full Time

CASH MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS BANKER – Full Time
At Decorah Bank & Trust, we are committed to helping our customers.  Our Cash Management & Business Banker plays a pivotal role in helping make sure our business clients achieve their financial dreams by developing solid business relationships that are built on trust and exceptional customer service.  This position focuses on deposit and cash management services while working to improve profitability of business deposit portfolios.  This role may spend up to 50% of the time out of the bank working with business clients.  An associate’s degree is required, bachelor’s degree preferred; or 2 years related experience with equivalent combination of education and experience.  Apply online here. MORTGAGE LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST – Full Time
This position serves as an assistant to the mortgage loan operations team by servicing all mortgage loans as it relates to insurance and taxes after the loan is closed. Duties may include, but are not limited to, processing payments for mortgage insurance and property taxes, processing monthly escrow analysis and researching any negative escrow issues, working with insurance companies to ensure policies are in effect for all collateral, and reconciling and balancing various accounts and statements. The successful candidate must have strong mathematical skills, excellent customer service skills, all while being organized and detail orientated. CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE – Full Time
Our Customer Support department is growing and we are adding a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team!  If you have exceptional customer service skills, like helping others, and have strong computer skills then this might be the job for you!  This position receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions using a computer and specific bank software.
