Our Customer Support department is growing and we are adding a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team!  If you have exceptional customer service skills, like helping others, and have strong computer skills then this might be the job for you!  This position receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions using a computer and specific bank software. PERSONAL BANKER – Full Time

GREENPENNY BUSINESS BANKER – Full Time

Greenpenny is seeking a full-time Business Banker to join our growing team! Greenpenny is a virtual and carbon-neutral bank powered by Decorah Bank & Trust, an employee-owned bank located in beautiful Decorah, IA. The purpose of this position is to help the bank attract new customers and partners and deepen relationships with existing ones through renewable energy community involvement and participation in the bank’s customer service and sales/referral efforts. This position will examine, evaluate, and authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing a commercial renewable (primarily solar) loan portfolio to $30mm – $40mm, as well as generate new loan volume for the bank each year once that portfolio level is achieved in greenpenny’s lending markets of Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
