Meet our eBanking Specialist, Ben Wells Some call me e-Ben, simply because the name Ben is already taken by Decorah Bank’s CEO, Ben Grimstad, and I happen to enjoy submerging myself in the mysteries of technology. My work as the eBanking Specialist for Decorah and Cresco Bank allows me to help people, just like you, to conquer bank tech issues. Banking related tech challenges that I can help you with include the following: Browser support, mobile check deposit support, eStatement support, Internet Banking support, mobile phone banking support, and tablet banking support. Common questions I receive pertain to eStatements not showing up correctly or someone might not be sure how to install the mobile banking app. No problem. It generally only takes a brief phone call to get you on your way. I am also happy to walk you through any of our banking technology products. My goal is to make these tools easy and useful for you!
