Yes, the mobile banking service utilizes best practices from online banking, such as HTTPS, 128- bit SSL encryption, PIN, or password access and application time-out when your phone is not in use. Only the phones that you personally enroll in the service can access your accounts. In addition, no account data is ever stored on your phone. In the event your phone is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by either going online to the mobile banking enrollment website or calling us at 800.357.1946 (press 0) or 563.387.5230.
Yes. You must re-enroll into mobile banking after you purchase a new phone. Simply download the app and enter your Online Banking user ID and password, and follow the in app instructions.
Yes, there are daily dollar limits. Please contact the bank with any questions on your limit.
Yes. All checks should be endorsed with your signature, and the phrase “Mobile Deposit Only”.
The Pre-View option (available for smartphone apps) lets you check your account balances without logging in to the secured app. Simply log in to your app and go to settings. Once you turn Pre-View on, you can select the Pre-View button from the log in screen, and view all your current account balances. Please note – no account transactional activity will be viewable through the Pre-View screen. It will only display balances.
